    SNIDER, Ronald B. -- At Kitchener-Waterloo Hospital, on Sunday, Aug 4, 1985, following a legthy and valiant struggle, Ronald B. Snider of Kitchener.

    A member of St. Mary's RC Church; retired from Canada Post in 1982, serving for 31 years.

    Son of the late Aldon Snider and Clara Hifstetter; beloved husband of the former Rita C. Zinger; dear father of Allan and his wife Lillian of London, Ont. and Wendy and her husband Daniel Williams of Kitchener. Lovingly remembered by his two grandchildren, Eric and Jason Williams. Predeceased by his only brother, Roy Snider.

    Visitation at the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home and Chapel, 51 Benton at Church St. Parish vigil service tonight at 7 p.m. Prayers in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, Aug 7 at 9 a.m., followed by mass of Christian burial at St. Mary's RC Church at 9: 30 a.m. Father L. Keasey, CR, officiating. Interment Woodland cemetery

    SNIDER, Allan "Al" (Longtime Employee of Canada Post) Passed away suddenly at home on Sunday, May 27, 2018 at the age of 67. Beloved father of Leah (Don Baker) and Ian. Loving son of the late Rita and Ronald Snider. Dear brother of Wendy Williams (Dan) and uncle of Eric, Jason and Katie. Special great-uncle of Kane, Taylor and Kyla Williams. Fondly remembered by Lillian MacPherson. Sadly missed by his dog Petey. Al greeted everyone he met with a smile and a great big bear-hug. He was kind-hearted, a baseball loving Beatles fan and loved everyone as part of God's family. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Mary's RC Church, 56 Duke St. West, on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at 10 a.m. Reception to follow in the church hall. As expressions of sympathy, donations to The Martyrs' Shrine (Midland) or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the Henry Walser Funeral Home ).
