    BOWMAN, Henry B. - On Tuesday, Sept. 11, 1979, at the K-W Hospital, Henry B. Bowman, age 75 years, of Route 1, Elmira.

    He was a son of the late Rev. and Mrs. John Bowman. Surviving are his beloved wife, Sulinda Martin; three daughters, Mrs. Archibald (Almeda) Krieger of Kitchener, Mrs. Vernon (Edna) Shoemaker of Route 1, Elora, Mrs. Willard (Viola) Lichty of Route 2, Drayton; and two sons, Abner of Floradale and Clayton of Elmira. Five brothers, two sisters and 14 grandchildren also survive. One son and his twin brother predeceased him.

    Visitation was at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, 62 Arthur St. S., Elmira, until Thursday morning, when removal was made to his home for a private funeral service, thence to the North Woolwich Mennonite Meeting Hose for further service and burial in the adjoining cemetery.

    KRIEGER, Almeda Passed away peacefully at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at the age of 84. Survived by her son Miln (Trish), her grandchildren Cole and Jordan, her two sisters Edna Shoemaker and Viola Lichty both of Elmira and sister-in-law Ida Fowler of Kitchener. Predeceased by her beloved husband Archibald in 2000, her brothers and sisters-in-law Abner (Vera) Bowman, Clayton (Vera) Bowman, Wayne Bowman, and her brothers-in-law Vernon Shoemaker and Willard Lichty, Earl Fowler, Donald (Helen) Krieger. Almeda had worked at Shantz Coach Lines for many years. She was a faithful member of Stirling Avenue Mennonite Church serving as a Deacon and in the Women's Missionary Association. Friends are invited to share their memories of Almeda with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home , 171 King St. South, Waterloo on Sunday, May 10, 2015 from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Stirling Avenue Mennonite Church, 57 Stirling Ave. North, Kitchener on Monday, May 11, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Renee Sauder officiating. The casket will remain open from 10:00 - 10:45 a.m. After the service interment at First Mennonite Cemetery followed by a reception at the church.     BOWMAN, Abner M. - Peacefully, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, January 7, 2005, at Freeport Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, Abner M. Bowman, in his 72nd year, of Floradale. Beloved husband of Vera (Diefenbacher) Bowman for almost 49 years. Loving father of Karen and Jamie Gaul of Stratford, Gloria and Ken Martin of Elmira. Fondly remembered by his two grandsons, Jason Haut of Elmira and Jeremy Haut of Alberta. Dear brother of Almeda Krieger, Edna and Vernon Shoemaker, Clayton Bowman, Viola and Willard Lichty.Predeceased by his parents, Henry B. and Sulinda (Martin) Bowman; one brother, Wayne; one brother-in-law, Arch Krieger and one sister-in-law, Vera Bowman. Abner was a faithful member of the Floradale Mennonite Church. He served on the Floradale Fire Department for 37 years. He was enjoying his retirement years.The family will receive friends and relatives at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira on Sunday evening 7-9 p.m. and Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. At noon on Tuesday, transfer will be made to the Floradale Mennonite Church for memorial service at 2 p.m., with Pastor Fred Redekop officiating.     Wayne M. Bowman 15, RR I, Elmira, died Sunday in Princess Margaret Hospital, Toronto, after a short Illness.

    A son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry B. Bowman, he was born In Woolwich Township, Feb. 9, 1950. Be was a student at the Elmira District Secondary School.

    Surviving besides his parents are two brothers Abner of Floradale and Clayton of Elmira; three sisters, Mrs. Archibald (Almeida) Krieger of Kitchener and Mrs. Vernon (Edna) Shoemaker, RR 1, Elora, and Mrs. Willard (Viola) Liddy. RR 2, Drayton.

    The body rested at the Dreisinger Funeral Parlor, Elmira, until Wednesday at 9 a.m. when removal was made to the home of his parents for a private service at 1130 p.m., thence to the North Woolwich Mennonite meeting house for public service.

    Burial was In the adjoining cemetery.
