    MARGARET KORELL 1910 - 2009 Passed away peacefully, at Trinity Village Care Centre, Kitchener on Saturday, February 28, 2009, at the age of 98 years. Margaret was predeceased by her beloved husband, Harold in 1996 and her son, Stanley in 2006. She will remain forever in the hearts of her children, Mary (Orvil) Hasenpflug of Mannheim, Lillian (James) Heinisch of Guelph, Stewart (Christene) Korell of Belleville and her daughter-in-law, Renee Korell of Waterloo. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Lynn (Gord) Perrin, William (Deb) Hasenpflug, Robert Hasenpflug, Gwen (Don) Troutner, Karen (Al) Deutscher, Charles (Anita) Heinisch, Danny (Kelly) Heinisch, Sharon (Jim) Van Hemmen, Ursula Heinisch, Pattie (Alan) Fries, Bryan Korell and David Korell as well as 18 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. Margaret was born in Woolwich Township to Levi and Elizabeth Bowman on October 11, 1910. She is the last surviving family member of nine siblings. Margaret was very involved with Redeemer Lutheran Church for many years and will be remembered for her love of crocheting and quilting. Friends are invited to share their memories of Margaret with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home , 171 King Street South, Waterloo, on Tuesday, March 3, 2009, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 78 John Street West, Waterloo on Wednesday, March 4 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Robert Krestick officiating. A reception will follow. Interment will take place following the reception at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo. In lieu of flowers, condolences for the family and donations to the Redeemer Lutheran Church or Trinity Village Care Centre Gathering Place Fund may be arranged through the funeral home at www.erbgood.com or 519-745-8445. In living memory of Margaret, a donation will be made to the Trees for Learning Program by the funeral home.

    HASENPFLUG, Robert George 1957 - 2013 After a courageous battle with leukemia, Bob passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at the Juravinski Hospital, Hamilton, age 55. Beloved son of Mary (nee Korell) and the late Orvil Hasenpflug. Brother of Lynn (Gordon) Perrin, Bill (Debbie) Hasenpflug, Gwen (Don) Troutner and Karen (Alan) Deutscher. Bob will be dearly missed by many nieces and nephews, great- nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Bob is predeceased by his father Orvil and best friend Larry Eli. Bob graduated from Waterloo Oxford District Secondary School where he played football. Bob then worked for J.M. Schneiders for 35 years and was a longtime member of the Bridgeport Rod and Gun Club. An avid trap and skeet shooting enthusiast, as well as a hunter and fisherman, Bob had a true passion for the outdoors. Bob enjoyed gatherings with family and friends, especially the music at the family "hootenannies". A Celebration of Life for Bob will be held at the Bridgeport Rod and Gun Club, 1229 Beitz Rd., Breslau, on Sunday, July 14, 2013 at 2 p.m. followed by a reception at the club. Cremation will have taken place. Thank you to the staff at Grand River Hospital Kitchener-Waterloo site and the Juravinski Hospital for their excellent care of our son, brother, uncle and friend. In his memory, donations can be made to the Grand River Regional Conservation Authority or the Grand River Regional Cancer Centre and can be arranged by contacting the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home at 519-745-8445 or www.erbgood.com.
