Mrs. Albert Vogel - Mrs. Albert Vogel, 72, of 206 Waterloo St., died at her home today. Born in Kitchener, her maiden name was Winnifred Strub, daughter of the late Peter Strub and Mary Rothenbilder. She attended Sacred Heart Church and was an honorary member of the Catholic Women's League of St. Mary's RC Church. Her marriage to Albert Vogel, who survives, took place in Kitchener 52 years ago. Surviving besides her husband are three sons, Walter, George and Robert, all of Kitchener; six daughters, Mrs. William (Evelyn) Schaefer, Hamilton, Mrs. W.J.(Alma) Smith, Roseville, Mich., Mrs. Jerome (Ruth) Kowalsky, (the end)

HOCH, Mrs. Monica (nee Vogel). Passed away, peacefully, at Heritage House Nursing Home, in St. Jacobs, on Wednesday, June 4, 2003, in her 93rd year.
Beloved wife of the late Jerome Hoch, who predeceased her on September 30, 1987. Dear mother of Tom and Nancy Hoch of Kitchener and Paul and Dorothy Hoch of Lurgan Beach, RR 1, Kincardine. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Jason and Rachel Hoch, Tim and Mary Hoch. Lisa and Grant McDonald and Tina Hoch. Sadly missed by her great- grandchildren, Samantha and Emily Hoch and Griffin and Owen McDonald. Survived by her brother, Robert Vogel and his wife Geri of Guelph and her sister. Anita Domonchuk of Cambridge.
Predeceased by her parents, Albert and Winnifred (Strub) Vogel; two brothers, Walter and George Vogel and four sisters, Evelyn Schaefer, Alma Smith, Ruth Kowalski and Mary Wahl.
Mrs. Hoch was a longtime member of St. Teresa Church and the CWL. She was also a member of the Seniors Happy Gang Club of Bridgeport. She was a devoted fan of the Toronto Blue Jays and the Toronto Maple Leafs.
A very special thanks to all the Health Care Staff at Heritage House Nursing Home and especially Janice Fisher and Doris Holst for their kind- ness, support and wonderful care they gave to Monica.

Passed away peacefully, at the Village at University Gates, Waterloo, on Saturday, August 18, 2018, in her 95th year. She is reunited with her beloved husband George Domonchuk (1998) and her siblings, Alma, Evelyn, Ruth, Monica, Mary, Walter and George. Loving mother of Doug (Joan), Susan (Bob) Hill, and Karen (David) Lamarche. Cherished grandmother of Kathy, Michael, Lori, Lesley, Matthew, Phillip, and Paige. Proud great-grandmother of Nic, Luc, Anissa, Ethan, Liam, Charlie, and Chelsea. She will also be lovingly remembered by her brother, Robert and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Anita was a longtime member of the St. Clement's CWL. She will always be remembered for her 'Vogel sense of humour', her love of comfort foods, dogs, a good game of euchre and crossword puzzles. The family wishes to thank the staff and volunteers from the Village at University Gates - Matthews Floor for their compassionate care.
