    MARTIN, Roy Franklin 1918 - 2012 Passed away at Forest Heights Long Term Care Facility on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at the age of 94 years. Roy Franklin Martin, loving husband of Alice Martin (nee) Kropf. Dear father of Gary Martin (Doris), Linda Ayers, and Jim Martin (Reta). Loving grandfather of Becky (Adam), Jeff, Danny (Maureen), Tim (Stephanie), Grant (Tammy) and Andrea. Great- grandfather of Brandyn, Dylan, Mikayla, Avery, and Ava. Predeceased by his parents Oscar and Edna Martin and his brothers Morris and Robert. Roy was self employed as a manufacturing agent while continuing to work the family farm in North Waterloo. Roy enjoyed the game of golf and loved spending time at his cottage. Friends are invited to share their memories of Roy with his family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home , 171 King Street South, Waterloo, on Friday, June 29, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Saturday, June 30, 2012 at 2 p.m. A reception will immediately follow in the Fireside Reception Room of the funeral home. Cremation to follow at Parkview Crematorium. As expressions of sympathy, condolences for the family and donations to the Alzheimer Society may be arranged through the funeral home at 519-745-8445 or www.erbgood.com.
