    HESPELER Jeremiah Sitler; 80, of RR 1, Hespeler, died Friday at his home after a three-week illness.

    He was born July 11, 1885, in Heidelberg, and had lived in the Hespeler area since 1948. Prior to that he had farmed in Western Canada.
    He was a member of Wanner Mennonite Church, Beaverdale.

    He was predeceased by his first wife, the former Hannah Buschert. Surviving are his second wife, the former Annie Gingrich; one son, Paul, at home; one daughter, Arlene of Bloomington, Ind.; two sisters, Mrs. Isaac (Sarah) Martin of Drayton and Mrs. Eli (Melinda) Horst of Alma, and four grandchildren.

    The body will be at the Nelson Funeral Home, Hespeler, until 1 p.m. Monday when removal will be made to the Wanner Mennonite Church, where the funeral service will be con- ducted at 3 p.m. by Rev. How- ard Schmitt. Interment will be in Cressman Mennonite cemetery, Breslau.

    Donations to the Mennonite Board of Missions and Charity will be accepted as expressions of sympathy.

Hannah (daughter of Wendel Buschert and Lydia Cressman) was born 7 Jan 1884, Woolwich Twp., Waterloo Region, Ontario, Canada; died 24 Nov 1933, Kitchener, Waterloo Region, Ontario, Canada; was buried , Breslau Mennonite Cemetery, Breslau, Waterloo Region, Ontario, Canada.     SITLER, Paul Jeremiah Passed - away, peacefully, at his residence, on Saturday, Oct. 23, 1999, in his 78th year.

    Beloved husband of Hazel Markle and loving father of Tim and his wife Marie and Andrew, all of Cambridge, Evelyn Crosby and her husband Robert of Guelph and Carolyn Sitler of Toronto. Loving grandfather to Timothy and Matthew. Also survived by his sister, Arlene Sitler-Woods and her husband John Woods of Pennsylvania.

    Mr. Sitler was predeceased by his parents, Jeremiah and Hannah Sitler.

    Paul was born in Cambridge (Preston) on May 4, 1922, has resided in the area all his life and is a member of Zion United Church.

    The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge on Tuesday, Oct. 26, 1999 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held from Zion United Church, Speedsville Road, Cambridge, on Wednesday, Oct. 27, 1999 at 2 p.m., with Rev. Johanna Vanderspek officiating. Interment Zion Cemetery.

    As expressions of sympathy. do- nations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
