    Anna Weaver." was born October 5th, 1825, and was married to Isaac Hoch, January 26th, 1844. They resided at Jordan, Lincoln County, Ontario, where he died . After the decease of Mr. Hoch, she was married to Isaac Moyer. At the time of her death she left a family of five children, namely: Vi Susannah H. and Anna H. of her first husband, and VI Moses M., and VI Angeline M., and Vi Sarah M. of her second husband."

    Notes:

    Reesor.-Angeline Moyer was born at Jordan, Ont., June 3, 1861. She moved with her parents to Preston where they lived until her mother died. Later her father came to Cherrywood where she spent the greater part of her life. She was united in marriage in 1882 with John B. Reesor who survives her. This union was blest with 4 daughters who, with the father, mourn this loss. Both she and her husband were baptized and received into the Mennonite Church in 1885. The husband was afterwards called to the office of deacon and she ably supported him in his work. As a Christian woman, a wife, mother, and neighbor she deserves the highest respect. About five months ago she was taken ill with cancer of the liver which disease also caused her death. She peacefully passed away at her home in Mt. Joy on Nov. 22, 1918, aged 57 y. 5 m. 19 d. She gave strong evidence of a triumphant hope in Jesus. The funeral was very largely attended at the Wideman Church on the 24th. The service was conducted in two languages by the brethren, Levi Grove, Thomas Reesor, and L. J. Burkholder1a

    Burkholder, Mary, was born in Stoufville, Ont., July 5, 1988; died at Fairview Mennonite Home, Preston, Ont., Feb. 8, 1974; aged 85 y. 7 m. 3 d. On Mar. 28, 1918, she was married to Oscar Burkholder, who preceded her in death on Oct. 29, 1956. Surviving are 2 sons (Clayton and John) and 3 daughters (Ethel Marie - Mrs. Arthur Gingrich, Agnes - Mrs. Hilton Staynor, and Nellie - Mrs. Archie Kinsie). She was a member of Breslau Mennonite Church, where funeral services were held on Feb. 11, in charge of Dennis C. Cressman, Rufus Jutzi, and Horace Cressman; interment in the Breslau Mennonite Cemetery.

    BURKHOLDER, John H. Unexpectedly, at St. Mary's Hospital, on Wednesday, Feb 28,1990, John Howard Burkholder, age 71 years, of 62. Ann St., Kitchener. Mr. Burkholder was employed with General Electric in Guelph for 35 years, until his retirement and was a member of the Quarter Century Club. Beloved husband of Elaine Burkholder (nee Solomon); dear father of Bruce and his wife Maureen of Stratford, Janice and Bill Ralston of Kitchener and Lynn, at home; brother of Mrs. Marie Gingrich of London, Ont., Mrs. Nellie Kinsie and Mrs. Agnes Staynor, both of Abbotsford, B.C. Lovingly. remembered by his three grandchildren, Joshua Rohrbacher and Dean and Amber Burkholder. Predeceased by his parents and one brother, Clayton. Friends may call at the Ratz- Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener, after 7 p. m. today (Saturday), continuing until the funeral and committal service in the Ratz-Bechtel Chapel on Monday at 11 a.m., Rev. Bob Ross officiating. Cremation-to follow. Memorial donations to Waterloo Regional Lung Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario. may be made as expressions of sympathy. Reception to follow in the Ratz- Bechtel Family Centre.

    Burkholder.- Clayton Frederick, son of Oscar and Mary (Reesor) Burkholder, was born in Breslau, Ont., Jan. 21, 1919; died of cancer at Cambridge, Ont., Dec. 17, 1988; aged 69 y. On Dec. 22, 1943, he was married to Helen Catherine Erb, who survives. Also surviving are one daughter (Ruth Witte), one son (David), 4 grandchildren, one brother (John), and 3 sisters (Marie, Nellie, and Agnes). He was a member of Breslau Mennonite Church, where memorial services were held on Dec. 22, in charge of Erwin Wiens; interment in the Breslau Mennonite Cemetery
