Barton - Anna E., age 95 of Ann Arbor, formerly of Wyandotte. Passed away at Riverview Nursing Home in Ann Arbor on October 19, 1996 She was born January 16. 1901 in Elbing, Germany the daughter of Johannes & Elizabeth (Grunke) Schultz. Throughout her life, Mrs. Barton was employed in the accounting dept. of what was known as J. B. Ford (then Wyandotte Chemical and most recently BASF). After her retirement she enjoyed many years of volunteering at the Wyandotte Hospital. Survivors include her daughter, Gloria Johnson of Ann Arbor; two grandchildren: Anne (Daniel) Kapela of Dexter and James (Elizabeth) Johnson of Gregory. Four great-grandchildren; Chelsea and Alexander Kapewla of Dexter and Lauren and Elain Johnson of Gregory and many nieces and nephews in Canada. Mrs. Barton was preceded in death by one sister and seven brothers. There will a private family interment in Kitchener, Canada at a later day. Arrangements by Muehlig Chapel.
