    Notes:

    Mrs. Isaac G. Martin of 32 Church St. W.Elmira, died at her home Tuesday after a brief illness. She was 75.

    The former Susannah Bauman, she was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Aaron Bauman and was born in Woolwich Township Sept. 26. 1893. She was married to Josiah B. Martin who predeceased her in 1945. Her second husband, Isaac G. Martin, predeceased her in 1964.

    Surviving are two sons. Aden of RR 2. Wallenstein, and Moses of RR 3, Waterloo; one daughter Mrs. Ivan (Ida) Bearinger of RR 2. West Montrose: three stepsons, Henry of Kitchener, Jacob of Ottawa and David of Elmira: 30 grandchildren and eight great-grand- children. She was predeceased by one son and two brothers.

    The body was at the Dreisinger Funeral Parlor, Elmira, where a short service was conducted Thursday at 9:30 a.m. followed by removal to North Woolwich Mennonite Meeting House for a further service. Burial was in the adjoining cemetery.

    Passed away peacefully at Countryview Retirement Residence, RR 3, Listowel, on Monday, February 29, 2016, at the age of 92 years. Ida (Martin) Bearinger was the beloved wife of the late Ivan Bearinger (2014). Dear mother of Merle Bearinger, Marie and Floyd Horst, Leonard and Dorothy Bearinger. Loving grandmother of 10 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Fondly remembered by son-in-law David Brubacher and his wife Shirley, and step-sister-in-law Annie Martin. Predeceased by her parents Josiah and Susanna (Bauman) Martin, daughter Grace Brubacher, brothers Amzi and Barbara Martin, Aden and Rebecca Martin, Moses and Hannah Martin, step-brothers Jacob and Marjorie Martin, Henry Martin, and David and Donna Martin. Visitation will take place at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, 62 Arthur St. S., Elmira, on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 from 1-4 and 6-9 p.m. Family service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at 9 a.m. then to Montrose Mennonite Meeting House for interment and public service.     MARTIN, Aden B. - Peacefully went home to be with his Lord, on Sunday, August 3, 2003, at Martin's Rest Home, Elmira, in his 88th year. Lovingly remembered by his wife, Rebecca (Bauman) Martin and his children, Milfred and Mary Ann Martin of Bancroft, Eileen and Ron Horst of Listowel, Orval and Mary Martin of Wallenstein, Leona and Peter Reist of Elmira, Andrew and Cathy Martin of Waterloo and Loretta and Steve Munnings of Elmira. Also lovingly remembered by his 20 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren. Brother and brother-in-law of Moses and Hannah Martin of Elmira, Ida and Ivan Bearinger of St. Jacobs, Barbara Weber of Parkhill, David Martin of Elmira, Annie Martin of Kitchener, Marjorie Martin of B.C. Predeceased by his parents, Josiah B. and Susannah (Bauman) Martin; step-father, Isaac Martin; three brothers, Amsey, Jacob and Henry Martin; one granddaughter, Rosanne Lichty; one sister-in-law, Donna Martin. The family will receive friends and relatives at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira today (Tuesday), from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. At noon on Wednesday, transfer will be made to Crystal View Mennonite Church, Floradale for funeral service at 1: 30 p.m. with Pastors Mark Brubacher and Robert Bauman officiating. Jane was a twin and had not been well from her birth. Surviving to mourn their loss are her parents, 3 sisters (Beatrice, Marlene, and Joyce), and 1 brother (Glen), all at home. Funeral services were conducted at the St. Jacobs Mennonite Church, St. Jacobs, Ont., Feb. 11, in charge of Roy S. Koch. Text: Matt. 18: 3. Interment was made in Three Bridges Cemetery.
