    DENNEY, Melvin (Tinker)
    Peacefully, went to the Lord, on Monday, April 14, 2008, in his 81st year. He was predeceased by his loving wife, Margaret (nee Makcrow) and his parents, John and Flora (nee Steele). Melvin is survived by many nieces and nephews in Cambridge and North Sydney, Nova Scotia. He was born in North Sydney, Nova Scotia in 1927 and came to Galt in the early fifties for employment. He worked at Tony Day in Kitchener and Polysar (Nova Chemicals) in Preston. Melvin was a member of the Knights of Columbus in Galt and enjoyed golfing at Beaverdale Golf Course. A Memorial Service in celebration of Melvin's life will held at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street, Cambridge, on Thursday, April 17, at 2 p.m. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 1 p.m. until the time of service. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family. www.corbettfuneralhome.ca
