    Sage, Nancy Jean (nee Wideman) - Passed away suddenly, surrounded by the love of her family, on Wednesday, March 5, 2008, at the age of 65. Beloved wife of the late "Skip" Sage (1991). Dearly loved mother of Jeffrey Sage (Janet), Penny Leder (Alvin) and Daphne Schell (Ken). Cherished grandmother of Holly Sage and Amanda, Justin, Kendra, Kody, Michael, Matthew, Ashley and Alisha Schell. Proud great-grandmother of Kay-Lynn and Isaiah. She is also survived by her aunt, Darlene Wideman. Nancy will be fondly remembered by her close friend, Donna Wadel; her many cousins and by many others whose lives she touched. She is predeceased by her parents, Harold and Madeline Wideman (nee Hinsperger) and her step-father, Robert Cowan. Nancy was a longtime dedicated employee at Waterloo Taxi where her friendly voice was well known. A service celebrating Nancy's life will take place on Tuesday morning at 11 a.m. at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, (621 King St. West) with her cousin, Father Dan Hinsperger officiating. Friends may call on Tuesday morning from 9 a.m. to service time. A reception will follow the service at the Ratz-Bechtel Family Centre.
