Kropf, Lawrence - At K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, on Monday, Jan. 22, 2001, after a short illness, in his 67th year. Beloved wife of Gloria (nee Eitel), married May 25, 1962. Dear brother of Ab (Ruth) Kropf, Art (Joan) Kropf, Bob (Ann) Kropf, Wayne (Gail) Kropf, Dianne House, Esther (Ken) Gawthorn, Gladys Klie; brother-in-law to June Kropf and Donald Eitel. Also survived by many nieces, and nephews and good friends. Predeceased by his parents, George and Elizabeth Kropf; brother, George and brothers-in-law, Jack House and Harry Klie. At Lawrence's request, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Friday, Jan. 26, 2001 at the K-W Naval Association, 315 Weber St. N., Waterloo at 10 a.m.In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy by the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home and Chapel, 51 Benton at Church St., Kitchener, 742-4481.
