Of 147 Fairway Rd., Kitchener, at St. Mary's Hospital, Wednesday, May 31, 1978, formerly Agnes Weiler, in her 47th year. Beloved mother of Pierre of Kitchener; sister of James of Cambridge, Christopher and Gerald of British Columbia, Kathleen (Mrs. Robert Cassidy), Mildred (Mrs. Lloyd Cassidy), Helen (Mrs. James Cummins), Sally (Mrs. Norman Keelan), all of Cambridge and Theresa (Mrs. Grant Gollan) of Lucknow. Mrs. Melkert was born in Greenoch, Ont. and had been a resident of Cambridge and Kitchener, all her life. Employed at Simpson's of Kitchener. Resting at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge (P), until Friday, then to St. Clement's RC Church, for funeral mass, at 12 noon. Interment in Park Lawn cemetery.
