MURR Alfred Henry

At the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Tuesday, February 16, 1988, in his 86th year. Alfred Murr, late of 19 Grandview Avenue. Beloved husband to Lily Duffin. A loving father to Amelia (Millie) and her husband John Graham of Cambridge. Dear grandfather to Janet (Mrs. Glenn Britton) of Guelph. Mr. Murr was born in London, England and came to Canada, 80 years ago. He has been a Galt resident, most of his life. Mr. Murr, had a radio and t.v. repair business, on Main Street, for a number of years. He was later employed by Highview Motors and then became a machinist, for Heavy Duty Products where he retired at the age of 79 years. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge, Galt. Family will receive friends, at Coutts and Son Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrews Street, Thursday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services to be held in the funeral home chapel, Friday, February 19, 1988, time to be announced with Canon Bob Burtch officiating. Interment at Mount View Cemetery.
