    SAGE, Lillian Passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, October 10, 2011, Lillian Elizabeth Schaefer of Cambridge, in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late Frederick Sage (2006). Loving mother of Ron Sage and his wife Terrie; loved Nana of Ryan, Ashley (Mark Addison), and Lindsay. Dear sister of Gertie Morgenroth and predeceased by sister Ruby Burrows and brothers Elgin and Jack Schaefer. Lillian will be remembered by her nieces, nephews and many many friends. She was a member of Grace United Church, Roseville and the U.C.W. Friends will be received at the Ayr Chapel, Wm. Kipp Funeral Home , 183 Northumberland Street, Ayr, on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. where funeral service will be held Saturday, October 15 at 1: 00 p.m., Rev. Randy Banks officiating. Loving mother of John and his wife Colleen of Southampton, the late Janice (2016) and her husband Jim Crane of Kitchener, and the late Judy Ball (1999). Dear grandmother of Justin, Katheleen, David, and Morgan and great-grandmother of Cullen, George, Lila, and Charlotte. Gertie's family will receive relatives and friends from 10: 00 a.m. - 12: 00 p.m. on Monday, September 18, 2017 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467.     MORGENROTH-CRANE, Janice Passed away peacefully with her family by her side in her 65th year at Lisaard House Hospice on Sunday, May 15, 2016. Beloved best friend and wife of Jim, loving and cherished mother to Morgan (Jessica) and Jennifer (Rick) Lamb. "Grandma Jan" will be sadly missed by Leeanna and Garrett. Survived by her mother Gertie Morgenroth and her brother John (Colleen) Morgenroth. Predeceased by her father Luke Jacob Morgenroth and her sister Judy Ball. Janice will be fondly remembered by her sisters-in-law Marj Crane and Anneva Crane; niece, nephews and extended family. A special thanks to Daisy Bell for her care and support. Thank you to the doctors and staff at the Grand River Regional Cancer Centre, especially Dr. Hubay, and the compassionate staff at Lisaard House Hospice. Janice, a graduate of McMaster University and the University of Toronto, will be remembered as a dedicated math teacher at Southwood Secondary School in Cambridge. A passionate golfer, she was an active member of the Rockway Golf Club. Family and friends will be received at the Memory Gardens Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 from 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. Funeral Services to take place in the Funeral Home Chapel at 7 p.m. Cremation to follow.
