    WAGNER, Mrs. Philip (Hilda) - Peacefully, on Thursday, March 1, 2001, at St. Mary's Hospital, in Kitchener, Hilda Elizabeth Wagner, of Wellesley.

    Hilda was born in Wilmot Township 93 years ago. Daughter of the late Conrad Reibling and the late Matilda Heise. She was a member of 1st St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Wellesley, where she was active with the Mary Martha Society. Hilda enjoyed quilting and was a member of the Wellesley Jolly Oldsters.

    Loving mother of Harold and his wife Doreen Wagner of New Hamburg, Irene Hofstetter of Wellesley, Audrey and her husband Peter Switzer of Stratford and Dorothy and her husband Merlyn Martin of RR 2, West Montrose; dear sister of Milton Reibling of RR 2, Baden; sister-in-law of Evelyn Reibling of New Hamburg. Lovingly remember by nine grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

    Predeceased by her husband, Philip Wagner, June 11, 1985; by two brothers, Herbert and Harry Reibling; also by two sisters, Emily Reibling and Elvera Witherall and a sister-in-law, Ruby Reibling; a brother-in-law, Richard Witherall and a son-in-law, Jack Hofstetter.

    Visitation at the Futher Bros. Funeral Home, 1172 Henry St., Wellesley, where family and friends ill be received today (Friday) from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. At noon Saturday, March 3, removal will be made to 1st Paul's Lutheran Church for the funeral service at 2:30 pm, Rev. R. George Reinhart will officiate. Spring interment 1st St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery, Wellesley.

    Rusty passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 14, 2015, at Stratford General Hospital. He resided in New Hamburg and was born 84 years ago in Wellesley. He was the son of the late Philip and Hilda (Riebling) Wagner. Beloved husband and best friend of Doreen (Cook) Wagner whom he married May 25, 1957. Loving father of Wayne (Sue) Wagner of New Hamburg. Dear brother of Irene Hofstetter of Wellesley; Audrey and Peter Switzer of Stratford; Dorothy and Merlyn Martin of West Montrose; and Helen and Ed Heise of Wellesley. Dear uncle to a number nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great- nephews. Harold was predeceased by a daughter (at birth) and a brother-in-law John Hofstetter. Harold was a member of First St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Wellesley. He was a charter member of the Gold Wing Road Riders Motorcycle Club Chapter E Ontario. Harold owned and operated Wagner's Small Engines Ltd. in New Hamburg for 40 years. He enjoyed motorcycling, snowmobiling, fishing and cottage life near Owen Sound. He lived a life full of love, laughter and adventure. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.

    HOFSTETTER, Irene Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at Grand River Hospital, Kitchener. Irene (nee Wagner) of Wellesley in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of the late John "Jack" Hofstetter (1997). Loving mother of Lorrie (Paul Detzler) of St. Agatha and Tim Hofstetter (Sherry) of Kitchener. Dear grandmother of James (Renee) Detzler, Sarah Detzler (Daryl Schmidt), Emily Detzler (Justin Moyer), Mark Detzler (Kirsten Reinhardt), Rachel Hofstetter (Matt Nowakowski) and T.J. Hofstetter. Great-grandmother of Jackson Nowakowski and Rylea Detzler. Will be sadly missed by her sisters; Audrey Switzer (Peter) and Dorothy Martin (Merl), sister-in law Doreen Wagner (late Harold) and June Widmeyer (late Wally). Pre- deceased by parents Philip Wagner and Hilda Riebling and her great-granddaughter Ruby Nowakowski. Irene loved the time spent with her grandchildren. She spent many hours quilting for family and friends as well, she was active with the Mary Martha Society at her church and was a volunteer with the Wellesley Fair for over 60 years. Friends may visit at the FUTHER-FRANKLIN FUNERAL HOME, 1172 Henry Street, Wellesley, on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held at First St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 3620 Nafziger Road, Wellesley on Friday, April 10, 2015 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in church cemetery.
