    On Friday, May 29, 1987 at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in her 81st year. Marie Eyre (nee Johnson) of Barrie Street, Cambridge, was the beloved wife of the late, Harry Eyre. Dear mother of Pamela (Mrs. Malcolm Rea) of Cambridge. Dear grandmother of Paul, Nicholas, Angela, Mark and Michael. Dear great-grandmother of Samantha. Dear sister of Gordon of Port Dover, Bernice (Mrs. Eldridge) of Waterford, Marjorie (Mrs. Carl Sanborn) of Big Bear, California, Vera (Mrs. William Barwise) of Port Dover and Dorothy (Mrs. Pat Kelly) of Cambridge. She was predeceased by four brothers; Ken, Harold, Joseph and Gordon. Friends will be received at Littles Funeral Home, 223 Main Street East, Cambridge, on Sunday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in Littles Chapel, on Monday, at 11 a.m. A private interment will take place at Mount View Cemetery.

    REA, Pamela Jane (nee Eyre)

    Born 07 January 1945, died Tuesday the 17th of April 2012,, after a courageous 2-year battle with cancer. Born in Toronto and swiftly adopted by her loving parents, Marie and Harry Eyre of Cambridge (Galt), Pam was a lifetime resident of Cambridge, with a brief sojourn to Hanover, in the early 90's. Pam is survived by her loving husband Malcolm (Cambridge) and children: Angela and her husband Murat of Hanover (Angelica and Murat Jr.), Mark and his wife Darlene of Cambridge (Alexandra and Jordan), Michael of Johannesburg, South Africa and Paul of the Isle of Wight, UK (Samantha). Pam was predeceased by Nick in 2005. A member of Cedar Creek Community Church, Pam will be sorely missed by her many friends and extended family members. Visitation will occur at Corbett Funeral Home (95 Dundas Street, Cambridge), from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., on Friday the 20th of April. The funeral will take place at Cedar Creek Community Church (Hwy 97 east of Cambridge), at 12 p.m. noon, on Saturday, the 21st of April.
