    Faber, Janke "Jane" (Tuininga) ~ Peacefully at LaPointe Fisher Nursing Home on Saturday, December 06, 2014, at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late Jan Faber (1990). Dear mother of Folkert "Fred" (Jeanne) of Branchton, Theunis "Ted" of Moorefield; Dieuwke (Jim Norman) of Gananoque, Freda Forrest (Charlie Skerritt) of Port Maitland and Bindert "Ben" (Susan) of Cambridge. Dear Beppe of 12 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews in Canada and the Netherlands. Predeceased by her parents, her siblings and 2 daughters.

    Janke was an avid gardener and enjoyed tending her gardens.

    Funeral service will be held at the GILCHRIST CHAPEL \endash McIntyre & Wilkie Funeral Home, One Delhi Street, Guelph on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. (Visitation one hour prior). Reception to follow in the Trillium room of the funeral home. Interment Memory Gardens, Breslau, following reception. Memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society or to Heart and Stroke foundation would be appreciated. We invite you to leave your condolences and donations online

    FABER, MARGARET Five Year Old Victim Dies

    Funeral services were conducted at 2 on Friday from the Guelph Reformed Church for Margaret Faber of R. R. #1, Puslinch, aged 5 years, who died Tuesday morning, November 2, 1971, in Kitchener-Waterloo, from multiple injuries received after being struck by a car in front of her home on county road 34 in Puslinch. She was waiting for the school bus, when she crossed the road in the path of a car. She was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital in Guelph and transferred to K-W Hospital, where she died at 10: 30 a. m. Survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Faber; sisters, Jeanie of Branchton; Freda (Mrs. Greg Forrest) of Galt; a brother, Fred of Branchton; Theunis, Dieuwke and Ben, all at home. Service at 2 at the Guelph Reformed Church, followed by interment in Memory Gardens. McIntyre and Wilkie Funeral Home.
