    SCHRAMM, Earl William - Passed away peacefully, on Monday, March 5, 2007, at St. Mary's General Hospital, Kitchener. Earl was a life long resident of Haysville having been born there 77 years ago, a son of the late William E. and Hattie (Bickle) Schramm. Earl had retired from farming and was a member of the North Easthope Antique Tractor Breakfast Club. He had been instrumental in the purchase and transfer of the Haysville School to the Haysville Community Centre and was a life member of the Wilmot Parks Board. Earl had been a member and past president of the Wilmot Horticultural Society. Beloved husband of Betty (Brodrecht) Schramm who he married September 11, 1954. Loving father of Douglas and Deb Schramm of Baden and Donald and Sharon Schramm of Auburn. Sadly missed by grandchildren Brandon and Cody, Jeannette, Charlene and Hillary. Also remembered by sisters Olive Lichty of Kitchener, Esther and her husband Walter Kaster of RR2, Petersburg, by sister-in-law Hilde Brodrecht of Sebringville and by several nieces and nephews. Earl was predeceased by brothers-in-law Lemore Shantz, Art Lichty, Oliver Brodrecht, Donald Brodrecht and by sister-in-law Idula and her husband Earl Beisel. Friends and relatives may call at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron St., New Hamburg on Wednesday from 1-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 8, 2007 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Gary McNitt officiating. Burial to follow in Riverside Cemetery, New Hamburg. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to Canadian Diabetes Association or the charity of one's choice.
