    Leander (Jeff) Wilkie, 52, of Bloomingdale died Wednesday night of a heart attack while working in the Uniroyal Ltd. tire division. Born May 8, 1915, at Bloomingdale, he was a son of Mrs. Simon Wilkie of Bloomingdale and the late Mr. Wilkie. He was a life-long Bloomingdale resident and worked in the Uniroyal tire division for the past 32 years. Surviving besides his mother, are five brothers, Abram and William, both of Bridgeport, Albert of Petersburg, Edward of Kitchener and Carl of Bloomingdale, and two sisters, Mrs. Isaac (Ruth) Gole of West Montrose and Mrs. Amynard (Tena) Gies of Conestogo. He was predeceased by one brother, Ephraim. The body is at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home where the funeral will be conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. by Rev. Laurence J. Martin, pastor of Bloomingdale Mennonite Church. Burial will be in Bloomingdale Mennonite cemetery.
