MRS. JACOB WEHRLE
PRESTON, July 21 - A resident of Preston for 45 years, Isobella Amelia O'Connor, 65, wife of Jacob C. Wehrle, died early today at her home here. Born in Toronto, deceased came to Preston from Hespeler where she lived for a few years. She was a member of St. Clement's R.C. Church, the Catholic Women's League and the Altar Society. Surviving are her husband, four daughters, Mrs. J. Milroy of Detroit, Mrs. Fred Dakin of Galt, Mrs. Leroy Peachey of Kenosha, Wis. and Mrs. Frank Caskinette of Preston, five sons, Frank at home, William of Waterdown, Thomas of Preston, Jacob of Toronto and Sgt. Fred of the R.C.A.F. at Guelph and 24 grandchildren. A daughter, Marie, predeceased her. Remains are resting at the Stager-Pass Funeral Home until Friday at 10 a.m. when they will be removed to the residence, 989 Montrose Street. Funeral service will bt held Saturday morning at nine o'clock at St. Clement's R.C. Church with interment in the R.C. Cemetery.

PRESTON, Robert F. Wehrle, 428 Victoria St., died Thursday, in St. Michael's Hospital, Toronto. He was 44. A life-long resident of Preston, he was owner of the Ranchero Restaurant in Galt. He was a member of St. Clement's RC Church. He is survived by his wife, the former Helen Barbin; four sons, Richard, Robert, Roland and Gary, all of Preston; two daughters, Theresa and Nancy, both at home, his mother, Mrs. Frank (Marianne) ) Wehrle of Galt; two sisters, Mrs. Eric (Gladys) Grayston and Mrs. William (Janet) Smith, both of Galt and one grandchild. The body will be at the Barthel-Stager funeral home, from Saturday afternoon, until Monday, when removal will be made to the church for requiem mass, at 10 a.m. The parish rosary will be said at the chucrh at 7 p.m., Sunday. Burial will be in Park Lawn Cemetery.
