    Passed away peacefully Sunday, April 4, 2010, at Hilltop Manor Nursing Home, in her 105th year. Survived by daughter Rita Neate (Doug), son Roy Fach (Peggy). Survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Predeceased by parents, William and Clara Lang, daughter Mary, son Carl (Shirley), granddaughter Wendy, grandson Mitchell, and sister, Evelyn Lang. Gladys's family will receive friends at Barthel Funeral Home (566 Queenston Road) on Tuesday, April 6, between 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass to be held at St. Clement's Roman Catholic Church (745 Duke Street) on Wednesday, April 7, 2010, at 10: 00 a.m. Interment Parklawn Cemetery.

    Of Cambridge, passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2009, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in his 77th year. Beloved husband of the late Shirley Ann Fach (January 2009). Dear father of Keith (Esther) and Valerie (Rick), all of Cambridge. Loving son of Gladys (Lang). Survived by brother, Roy (Peggy) Fach of Cambridge and sister, Rita (Doug) Neate. Predeceased by his father, Rueben Fach and one son, Mitchel (2002). Mr. Fach was born in Preston and had been a lifelong resident of the area. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Preston Branch 126 and was retired, after 46 years of service at Butler Metals in Cambridge. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge on Friday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be conducted at the funeral home on Saturday, August 29, 2009, at 11 a.m. Interment in Parklawn Cemetery, Cambridge.

    Of Queenston Road, Cambridge, on Monday, November 4, 2002, as a result of an accident, in his 40th year. Loving son of Carl and Shirley Fach; dear brother of Keith (Esther), Valerie (Rick), all of Cambridge. Sadly missed by his grandmother, Gladys Fach and uncles, aunts and cousins. Mitch, was born in Cambridge and had been a lifelong resident of the area. He was an avid bike rider, who loved to ride the trails and life in the bush. He was a member of St. Clement's RC Church and was employed as a floor finisher at D & G Flooring, for the past three years. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, on Thursday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral prayers will be recited at the funeral home on Friday, November 8, 2002, at 11 a.m. Interment in Park Lawn Cemetery, Cambridge.

    39-year-old cyclist killed in collision at intersection.

    A 39-year-old Cambridge man was killed Monday, while riding his bicycle. Police said Mitchell James Fach of Queenston Road, was riding west on Fisher Mills Road in Cambridge, when he entered an intersection against a red light and was hit by a vehicle on Hespeler Road, around 10: 20 p.m.
