FERGUS - Funeral of George S. Reid, 73, who died at his Cameron St. home here Wednesday, was held Friday at the Lorne C. Pattison Funeral Home, Fergus. Burial was in Belsyde Cemetery, Fergus, with Rev. O. Glen Taylor of Melville United Church officiating. Mr. Reid farmed in western Canada for many years before retiring to Fergus in 1947. He attended Melville United Church, Fergus. Surviving are his wife, the former Mabel Smellie, and one daughter, Jean, of Toronto
