Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at Innisfree Hospice, Kitchener. Janet was born 66 years ago on November 24, 1954 in Kitchener, a daughter of the late Richard and Alice (Pauli) Siebert.

Beloved wife of Dan Boshart, whom she married on September 6, 1975. Cherished mother of Holly and her husband Jason Plein. Cherished and devoted nanna of Joshua and Miles Plein. Janet will be remembered and missed by her brothers and sisters-in-law; Bill & Sharon, Linda & Greg, Russ, and Shirley and by many nieces, nephews and friends. God mother of Jeff Pauli and Kayla Craig.

Janet was a devoted hockey nanna who rarely missed a game and would be cheering on her grandsons from the stands, the love shown to her grandsons was unlike any other. Janet loved gardening, crafting and scrap booking in her free time. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, New Hamburg. Janet has been a life long resident of Baden, born and raised, married and raising her family on the same farm.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron Street, New Hamburg, on Monday, March 8, 2021 from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. a funeral service for Janet will take place at Mark Jutzi Funeral Home with Pastor Leanne Darlington officiating on Tuesday, March 9 at 11:00 a.m.. Cremation to follow with interment in Riverside Cemetery, New Hamburg.

Those wishing to attend the visitation must RSVP on Janet's memorial page on the funeral home website. All attending will be required to wear a face mask and maintain social distancing.

Janet wished to express her thanks to her many friends, family and neighbours for all the kind words, support, food and prayers.
