Obituary for Darlene Lesperance

Passed away peacefully with family at her side on Tuesday, June 08, 2004 at St. Mary's Hospital.

Thelma (nee Edwards) Lesperance in her 77th year was the beloved wife of the late Lorenzo (Corky) Lesperance (2002) for 55 years. Loving mother of Cheryl and her husband Sherman Penney, Gram to Kerri and Nitin, Krista and Tim, Kim and Jason; Linda and her husband Dane Goebel, Gram to Shawn and Niki, Ken, Stacey, and Jon, Great Gramma to Mariah and Kaden; Sharon and her husband Kevin Karley, Gram to Brandon and Jordan; Larry Lesperance and his wife Holly, Gram to Amy Lewis; Abbey, Breanna and Cole, Great Gramma to Jarred, Jessica and Dylan; Dar-baby to Shelly and her husband Maurice Price. Darlene was looking forward to two great-grandchildren on the way.
Darlene will be missed by many, special friends who were only more than happy to call her Mom or Gram.

The Goebel family extend an invitation to an open house at their residence in Maryhill on Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
Family, relatives and friends are welcome to celebrate Darlene's life from 9:00 - 10:30 AM Friday, June 11, 2004 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener 749-8467

followed by a memorial service in the chapel of the funeral home at 10:30 AM. A reception to share memories will follow at the Knight's of Columbus Hall, Maryhill. Cremation has taken place.

As expressions of sympathy donations to the Children's Wish Foundation would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
