    Mrs. Jessie F. M. Ramsay Mrs. Jessie F. MacLeod Ramsay. aged 83, widow of Dr. Samuel F. Ramsay, died yesterday. Mrs. Ramsay was of Scottish descent, her parents having been among the earliest settlers of Galt, Ont. She was born in Caledonia, Ont., and was a gifted writer, having contributed meny articles to the press. She was also an extensive traveller. Two daughters. Mrs. (Col.) Alexander Fraser, Toronto, and Miss A. Ramsay, New York, survive.

    COL. FRASER'S WIDOW IN CITY ALL LIFE, DIES

    A lifelong resident of Toronto, Mrs. Christina Elizabeth Frances Fraser, widow of Colone Alexander Fraser died at her residence, Woodlawn Ave., W.. last night in her 74th year. Mrs. Fraser was the daughter of the late Samuel F. Ramsay. M.D. She attended Deer Park United church. Col. Fraser was Ontario Archivist from 1903 to 1932 and secretary and aide-de-camp to the lieutenant-governor of Ontario from 1915 to 1930.

    Surviving are two sons, Evan H. Fraser, Toronto, Alastair D. R. Fraser. Windsor; four daughters, Mrs. Clark H. Foreman, Washington; Mrs. Rex Richardson. Valleyfield, Que.: Mrs. Donald S. Fraser and Mrs. Nicholas Ignatieff, Toronto; and one sister, Miss Alexa Ramsay, Toronto.
