SCHUT, Mildred Beatrice - 1922-2007. Passed away peacefully, at home, surrounded by her family, on February 24, 2007, at the age of 85. Loving wife of George John Schut; loving mother of Ron and his wife Janis, Larry and his wife Shirl, her son Richard and daughter Judy. Loving grandmother of Becky, Katie, Laurel, Jason, Jenifer, Jordan, Scott, Karen, and great-grandmother of Makayla and Ethan. Mildred is remembered by loving sisters Elvira Shantz and Erma Korn. Predeceased by mother and father Marguerite and William Searth, and brother Howard. Lovingly remembered by sisters-in-law Minnie Howes and June Schut. Predeceased by in-laws Helena and John Schut, and brothers-in-law Bill Howes and Stan Schut. How very appropriate, that this lady born on Valentine's Day in 1922, has been gifted with the art of loving. Lovingly giving of her many talents and her winsome personality, she embellished many lives by her generous spirit. She loved well and was well loved in return. Millie devoted her entire life to her family, her church and her friends. Her illness and death is an overwhelming loss for everyone. She will be sadly missed and has left everlasting and unforgettable memories. Thank you to everyone for helping our mother in so many ways over the years, but a special thank you to her daughter-in-law Shirl, for her tender loving care throughout her illness. Mildred will remain in our prayers for all eternity. We Love You, Wife, Mother and Grandmother. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, on Monday, Feb. 26, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Knox Preston Presbyterian Church, 132 Argyle St. N., Cambridge, on Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2007 at 11 a.m. Spring interment at Zion Cemetery.
