    SPAETZEL, Mrs. Elmina At the K-W Hospital, on Thursday. August 9, 1979. after a lengthy illness. The former Elmina Eby of 21 Bloomingdale Rd.. Kitchener, age 85 years. A member of the Kitchener Gospel Temple, and had been a resident of the area all her life.

    Wife of Isaiah; mother of Grant of Cambridge (P). Donald and Mrs. Grant (Mildred) Harbach, both of Kitchener. Mrs. Edward (Helen) Sieling. Elmira. Mrs. Edward (Dorothy) Anger. Baden. Mrs. Robert (Evelyn) Lewis. Toronto: sister of Edna Eby. Las Vegas. Nev. 22 grandchildren and 37 great- grandchildren also survive. Predeceased by her parents, three sons. William. Harold and Earl, one daughter Kathleen. one grand-daughter. Rosemary. one brother Roy, two sisters Minnie and Ida.

    Friends called at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home. 621 King St. W. Kitchener where the funeral was held on Monday with Rev. Roy Upton officiating. Interment was in Memorial cemetery, Bridgeport.

He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Bridgeport Road, Kitchener and was employed by Zettel Manufacturing Ltd., for many years. Father of Cindy of Cambridge (P); brother of Donald and Mildred (Mrs. Grant Harbach), both of Kitchener, Helen (Mrs. Edward Sieling) of Point Clark, Dorothy (Mrs. Edward Anger) of Baden and Evelyn (Mrs. Robert Lewis) of Toronto; grandfather of Tammy and Jason, Predeceased by his parents, Isaiah Spaetzel and the former Elmina Eby; one daughter, Rosemary; one sister, Kathleen and three brothers, William, Harold and Earl. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener, after 2 p.m. today. Funeral and committal service in the Ratz-Bechtel Chapel, Thursday at 2 p.m., with Rev. Ralph Huras officiating. Interment Parklawn cemetery, Cambridge (P).

    Barbara Shirley Reynolds

    Born August 12th, 1935, in Kitchener Ontario, Barb passed away peacefully at Victoria General Hospital on August 1, 2023, with some of her family by her side.

    Barb lived a long and happy life. She enjoyed her many years on Beechlawn Dr in Waterloo and in Duncan BC where she met so many great friends and neighbours. Barb was an avid gardener and knitter in her younger days. She made so many beautiful sweaters and afghan blankets for people over the years that will be cherished and passed on for many generations. Barb also enjoyed a good get together with family over the holidays. Cheers to Barb! We will miss you so much!

    Predeceased by her parents Edward and Helen Sieling. Barb will be lovingly remembered by her children Geoff (Lisa), Kim, Heather (Joyce) and Tammy and her grandchildren Danielle, Stacey, Amanda, Jazmine, and Madison as well as all her great grandchildren.

    At Barb's request, no funeral or service. There will be a celebration later in the year or early next year in Waterloo Ontario.
