She was the last surviving member of the late Hartman and Elizabeth Schnarr family. Predeceased by her husband, Rev. John Oscar Neeb in 1963.

Mrs. Neeb's family will receive friends at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, 2-4 p.m., Sunday. The funeral and committal service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home, Monday at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in St. Peter's Lutheran cemetery, Kitchener.
