MARTIN, Adeline (Mrs. Orlan M.) - Peacefully, on Saturday, June 30, 2007 at Freeport Health Centre of Grand River Hospital. Adeline Martin in her 87th year of Floradale formerly of RR 1, Elmira. Dear wife of the late Orlan M. Martin (1987). Loving mother of Dorene and Wayne Martin of Wallenstein, Glenn and Elaine Martin, Wray and Dianne Martin, Meryle and Betty Martin all of St. Jacobs, Grace and Clare Bauman of Floradale, Sharon and Leonard Weber, Fern and Merle Martin, Gloria and Howard Bauman all of Elmira. Fondly remembered by her 29 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren. Sister of Elmina Brubacher, Maryann Martin, Wayne and Naomi Martin, Lovina Ruttan, Anson and Sharon Martin, Mervin and Alma Martin. Sister-in-law of Erma Martin, Lorene Snyder and Henry Martin. Predeceased by parents, Ezra and Louisa (Bauman) Martin; one daughter, Naomi (stillborn); four brothers, Abner in infancy, Onias, Milton and Leander. The family will receive friends and relatives at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira today (Tuesday) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where a family service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday morning, July 4, 2007 at 9 a.m. then to the Elmira Mennonite Meeting House for further public service and burial in the adjoining cemetery. For those who desire, donations to the Freeport Health Centre or the Elmira and District Association for Community Living would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
