FREY, Rebecca (Mrs. Christian B.) - Peacefully, on Tuesday, April 22, 2008, at her home. Rebecca (Martin) Frey, in her 87th year of RR 1, Elmira. Beloved wife of the late Christian Frey (2000). Dear mother of Allan and Dorothy Frey, Betty Frey, Esther and Willard Frey, all of RR 1, Elmira. Also lovingly remembered by her ten grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren. Sister of Susannah Clemmer of Floradale and sister-in-law of Alice Martin of Waterloo, Loreen Martin and Carol Martin, both of St. Jacobs. Predeceased by her parents, Simeon and Susannah (Brubacher) Martin; four brothers, Moses, Noah, Simeon and Tilman Martin; three sisters, Elizabeth Martin, Esther Shantz and Selina Frey and her great-grandson, Addison Gingrich. The family will receive their friends and relatives at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira on Wednesday evening from 7-9 p.m. then to the home of Willard and Esther Frey, RR l, Elmira for visitation on Thursday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. where a family service will be held on Friday morning, April 25, 2008 at 9 a.m. then to the North Woolwich Mennonite Meeting House for further public service and burial in the adjoining cemetery.
