Kitchener resident Elsie May Curtis, died at St. Mary's General Hospital on Tuesday, May 14, 1996. Mrs. Bright was in her 86th year. Born in St. John's, Newfoundland, she was a daughter of the late Mary and Frank Curtis. She was predeceased by her husband, Edward Bright, and her very good friend Gus Dargel. Mrs. Bright is survived by her sister Jessie White of Glace Bay, N.S. Funeral service was held at the Ayr Chapel, Wm. Kipp Funeral Home on Thursday, May 16th. Pastor Reynold Kipfer officiated. Interment was in Ayr Cemetery.
