    GUNN, DONALD

    At about 5: 30 on Monday morning, January 26, 1942, at his home, in his 75th year. He had been ill for about a month. Born in Grey County on March 15, 1867, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Gunn. He spent his entire life at farming. He came to this district about three years ago, making his home on the farm formerly occupied by William C. Shaw on the Lake Road. Survived by his wife, Mary E. Campbell; three sons, George Gunn of Woodstock; Robert and Hector Gunn, at home; five brothers and two sisters. Funeral on Wednesday at 2 at his home on the Lake Road. Interment Ayr Cemetery. Rev. T. G. Marshall, minister of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church conducted. Pallbearers: Robert and Roy Campbell of Ayr; John Rutherford of Kitchener; Hector Gunn of Fergus; Stanley Gunn and Private Lloyd McNab of Hespeler.

    Of R. R. #2, Cambridge, on Tuesday evening, May 28, 1974, in Freeport Hospital, in his 69th year. He was born on March 11, 1906 in Manitoba and was a retired farmer. The son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Donald Gunn, he is survived by a brother, Hector of R. R. #2, Cambridge. Predeceased by a brother, George, in 1973. Service at the Nelson Funeral Home on Fri. , May 31 at 3. Interment in Ayr Cemetery.

    On Monday, September 26, 1978, at South Waterloo Memorial Hospital in Cambridge, in his 67th year, of R. R. #22, Cambridge. Husband of Jean Duncan. Father of two sons and two daughters, Donald of R. R. #22, Cambridge; James, at home; Barbara (Mrs. Andrew Palubeskie) of Cambridge; and Mary Ann, at home. Also survived by thirteen grandchildren. Predeceased by brothers, George and Robert. Mr. Gunn was born in Ayr, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Donald Gunn. He was a member of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church. Service at the Nelson Funeral Home on Thurs. , Sept. 28 at 1: 30. Interment Ayr Cemetery.
