    PRESTON, Sept. 2— Ailing for the past six months, Minnie Martin, wife of John McClelland, Toronto and a native of Preston, died suddenly at her home 333 Winona Drive, Toronto, Wednesday. Daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Martin of Preston. Mrs. McClelland, last surviving member of the Martin family, lived here for a number of years. She was a school teacher and taught in a number of Ontario schools, her last teaching position being in Embro, where she was married, moving to Toronto and residing there since that time. Three sisters, Miss Carrie Martin and Mrs. Wilbert Hostrawser, formerly teaching members of Preston Public School and Mrs. J. H. Pedder all of Preston and two brothers, Jacob and Fred Martin, all predeceased her. The body will rest at the Stager-Pass Funeral Home, Preston, after 6 o'clock Friday night. The funeral will be held at the funeral home Saturday at 1: 30. Interment will be in the Preston Cemetery.
