Gingerich.-Magdalena Lebold, relict of Joseph Gingerich, died Mar. 25, 1918 at Baden, Ont., aged 76 y. 20 d., after a lingering illness of several years. She bore her afflictions with Christian fortitude. She was consigned to the will of God, longing to be relieved of this worldly care and sorrow. In her youth she united with the A. M. Church and remained steadfast unto death. In 1867 she was united in matrimony with Jos. Gingerich, lived in matrimony 21 y. 20 d., and lived in widowhood 29 y. 7 m. 18 d. She leaves to mourn 1 daughter, 2 sons, 17 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, 1 brother, and 1 sister. She was laid to rest in the A. M. Cemetery near Baden, Ont. Husband, 1 daughter, and 1 grandchild have gone before her to their reward. Peace to her ashes.

Bender.-Magdalena Lebold Bender, daughter of the late Christian and Barbara Lebold, was born in Waterloo Co., Ont., Can., Dec. 9, 1859. In her sixteenth year she accepted Christ as her personal Savior and was received through water baptism by Bishop John Gascho into the Amish Mennonite Church in Waterloo Co., Ont. and was a faithful sister till she fell asleep in Christ Jesus. On Dec. 9, 1883, she was joined in holy wedlock to Bro. Samuel M. Bender of Waterloo Co., Ont., living happily together 46 years less one day. This union was blessed with four children, one son and three daughters. She died on Jan. 8, 1928; aged 69 y. 29 d. She leaves to mourn their loss her husband, 1 son, 2 daughters (1 daughter having predeceased her), 12 grandchildren, 3 brothers and 1 sister. Burial was at Steinman Church, Jan. 11. LEBOLD. - Daniel Lebold was born in Wilmot Twp., on April 5, 1874; died May 15, 1941; aged 67 y. 1 m. 10 d. In his early youth he accepted Christ as his personal Savior and united with the Amish Mennonite Church. He was united in holy matrimony with Catherine Streicher on Feb. 27, 1900. This union was blessed with 11 children, 5 boys and 6 girls, of whom 2 sons predeceased him in infancy. On Oct. 9, 1914, he was ordained as deacon in the Mapleview A. M. congregation. On Jan. 10, 1920, he was ordained a minister of the Gospel. On Aug. 1, 1926, he was ordained as bishop of that congregation. In this capacity he has faithfully served for 15 years until he was confined to his home by failing health more than a year ago. He leaves to mourn his departure his bereaved wife, 3 sons, 6 daughters, 15 grandchildren, 1 brother, and a host of relatives and friends. The funeral was conducted by Peter Nafziger at the house from I Pet. 5: 10, and at the church by Moses O. Jantzi from II Cor. 5: 1, Chris Schultz from John 3, and Daniel S. Jutzi. May God comfort the bereaved relatives and the congregation whom he served.

Ramseyer.--Mattie (Gingerich), beloved wife of Joe Ramseyer, died Apr. 24, 1911, at the age of 41 y. 5 m. 3 d. In 1891 she was married to Joe Ramseyer and to this union were born 8 children; one boy preceded her to the glory world. She leaves to mourn her departure a sorrowing husband, 3 daughters, 4 sons, a mother, 2 brothers and a sister. She united with the Amish Church when young in years and was a faithful and active member to the time of her death. This was an unexpected call for friends and acquaintances but we all know that we have to go that way sooner or later. The last words that she spoke to her family were, "I'd like to stay with you longer, but the world I am going to is far nicer than the one we are living in now." Her remains were laid to rest Apr. 26, 1911, in the Steinmann cemetery. Services were conducted by Bro. Daniel Steinmann and Bro. Jacob Bender. Text, Psa. 55:22. The funeral was largely attended.

Gingerich.-Aaron, son of the late Joseph and Magdalene (Lebold) Gingerich, was born near Baden, Ont., Feb. 16, 1874; died Feb. 1, 1942; aged 67 y. 11 m. 16 d. When a young man he gave his heart to God, and united with the Wilmot Amish Mennonite Church, in which faith he was steadfast to the end. His illness was of some two and one-half years duration of heart ailment. He was greatly concerned about the future welfare of the Church and knew his Bible from cover to cover. He was a true Christian father and a beloved neighbor, beloved without the Church as well as within. For him the sorrows of earth came to an end, and we believe he is sweetly resting, awaiting the resurrection morning when we with him shall meet our Lord in the air. Oh, how it ought to make us homesick for heaven, looking for that blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ. He leaves his sorrowing wife (Susannah Wagler) to whom he was married in March, 1900; 2 sons, 4 daughters (Isaiah and Elmer of Wilmot Twp.; Mrs. C. O. Erb, of Wellesley; Lavina, at home; Mrs. Isaac Ruby, of Tavistock; Mrs. Henry Wagler, of Shakespeare, Ont.), 1 brother and 1 sister (Moses Gingerich and Nancy Gingerich of Baden, Ont.). Funeral services were held from his late home in Baden, Ont., Feb. 4, by Bro. Ben Gingerich at the house, with further services at the Steinman Church by Bros. Peter Nafziger, Daniel S. Jutzi, and Moses O. Jantzi. Interment in Steinman's Cemetery beside the church.

Aaron Gingerich

Following an illness of six weeks duration, Mr. Aaron Gingerich passed away at his home in Baden on Sunday evening, February 1, at the age of 67 years, 11 months and 16 days.

The deceased was born in Wilmot Township on February 16, 1874, a son of the late Joseph Gingerich and Magdalena Lebold. He was married on March 20, 1900, to Susanna Wagler and farmed on the homstead where he was born 1½ miles south of Baden, until he retired to Baden about seven years ago. He was an Amish-Mennonite in religion, and a valued member of Steinman's Church.

Besides his wife he is survived by two sons, Isaiah, Southwest Wilmot, Elmer, on the homestead, four daughters, Mrs. Chr. O. Erb, Wellesley, Miss Lavina, at home, Mrs. Isaac Ruby, Tavistock, and Mrs. Henry Wagler of Shakespeare, one brother, Moses, and one sister, Nancy, both of Baden; also ten grandchildren.

The funeral was held Wednesday afternoon with service in the Steinman A.-M. Church, followed by interment in the Steinman Cemetery. Bishop Moses O. Jantzi was in charge of the service. The funeral was largely attended by sorrowing relatives and friends.

Crosshill, Dec. 27 - Simon Lebold, 58, died at his late residence Sunday afternoon, following an illness of six weeks. The deceased, a farmer residing east of Millbank, was married to Mariah Boshart.

Surviving are his widow, five daughters, Mrs. S. Kuepher, Mrs. Joseph Albrecht, Mrs. Amos Albrecht, Mrs. Christ Kuepher and Mrs. Mose Kuepher, all of Millbank, and one brother Joseph of Wellesley Township.

Noah Wagler

Ill for the past year, Noah Wagler, age 61, died at his home near Wellesley. He was born in the Fifth line of Wellesley Township. He attended Lichti's Amish-Mennonite Church, Third line of Wellesley.

He was united in marriage on Jan. 15, 1907 to Catherine Zehr, who survives. Following a brief illness, Daniel Brenneman, 70, of 36 Courtland Ave. East, died yesterday at the K-W Hospital. He was born Nov. 1, 1882, in Perth County a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Brenneman. For 26 years, he was employed as maintenance man at the Weber Chambers until his retirement six years ago. He was a member of the Pentecostal Tabernacle. His marriage to the former Lydia Swartzentruber, who survives, took place in St. Agatha, Feb. 11, 1912. He is also survived by one daughter, Mrs. Elam (Viola) Cressman of Kitchener; two sisters, Mrs. Peter Swartzentruber of Petersburg and Mrs. Menno Wagler of Baden and one grandson. Funeral services will be held Friday at 3 p.m. at the Pentecostal Tabernacle and burial will be in Woodland Cemetery. Rev. G. Greatorex will officiate. The body is at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home until 1 p.m. Friday when removal will be made to the church.

She was confined to her bed for four weeks through which time she bore her suffering patiently, always submissive to the Lord, talking much of the joy to be with the Lord till she passed away, peacefully and quietly to be with Jesus. Funeral on Nov. 24 at the house by Christian Kropf and at the Poole A. M. Church by Christian Gascho (opening services) and sermon by the writer (Text, Psa. 16: 11; 11 Cor. 5: 1) The remains were laid to rest in the adjoining cemetery.

Lovingly remembered by 15 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband John C.B. Yutzi in 1929. At her residence, on Friday, Aug 16, 1985, Barbara (Lebold) Gascho, of Homewood Avenue Kitchener, a resident of St. Agatha for over 43 years.

Loving wife of the late Aaron Gascho, who predeceased her in 1976; dear mother of Lyle and his wife Sandra of Wellesley, David and his wife Agnes of Calgary, Alta., Elaine (Mrs. Mervyn Thomas), Thelma (Mrs. Lee Doerr) and Geraldine Gascho, all of Kitchener. Also survived by one sister, Lucinda (Mrs. Milton Boshart) of Baden. Thirteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents, one brother and one sister.

Norman Lebold

Norman Lebold of Baden died on Wednesday of last week at the age of 59.

Mr. Lebold was born in East Zorra Township Aug. 5, 1910, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Lebold. He had lived in Baden for 27 years and was employed by Clemmer Industries Ltd of Waterloo as a welder.

He was a member of St. James Lutheran Church, Baden, and of the Canadian Order of Foresters.

Surviving are his wife, the former Clara Zehr; one son, Keith of Baden; two daughters, Mrs. Harold (Belva) Priebe of Aurora and Norma at home; three sisters, Mrs. Moses (Mary) Hunsburger of Bridgeport, Mrs. Aaron (Barbara) Gascho and Mrs. Milton (Lucinda) Boschart, both of St. Agatha, and four grandchildren.

He was predeceased by one son in 1967.

Funeral service was held Saturday at St. James' Lutheran church, Baden, Rev Ernest Felker officiating.

Temporary entombment took place in Riverside cemetery, New Hamburg.

The Bruce J. Omand Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Beloved mother of Dorothy (Mrs. Hubert Yantzi) of RR 2, Wellesley and Laurene (Mrs. David Hallman) of Baden, Ellen (Mrs. Donald Cober) of RR 1, Wellesley; dear sister of Catherine (Mrs. Chris Albrecht) of New Hamburg, Edna (Mrs. Norman Zehr) of Gadshill; lovingly remembered by 13 grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, David L. Erb, June 12, 1973 and also by five brothers and three sisters.

Visitation at the Futher Bros. Funeral Home, 40 Henry St., Wellesley. At 9 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16, removal will be made to the Maple View Mennonite Church for funeral service at 10:30 a.m. Rev. Alvin Leis will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Miss. Emma Lebold, 66, of Wellesley died Thursday, Feb. 20 in St. Marys Hospital, Kitchener, after a brief illness.

She was born in Wellesley Township in 1902, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Lebold. She was a member of the Maple Mennonite Church, a Sunday School teacher and a member of the Dorcas Sewing Circle.

Surviving are brothers, Daniel, Milverton; Allan, R.R. 2, Petersburg; sisters Mrs. David (Nancy) Erb, Mrs. Elmer (Bena) Piennan, both of Wellesley; Mrs. Christian (Catherine) Albrecht, R.R. 2, Petersburg; Mrs. Norman (Edna) Zehr, R.R. 1, Milverton, Mrs. Ervin (Irma Erb, R.R. 1, Millbank. She was predeceased by one brother in 1958 and two brothers in infancy.

The body rested at the Futher Brothers funeral home, Wellesley, until noon Saturday, when removal was made to Maple Mennonite Church for the funeral service at 2; 30. Burial followed in the church cemetery.

Emma Lebold of Wellesley died last Thursday at St. Mary's Hospital after a brief illness. She was 66.

Born in Wellesley Township, she was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Lebold. She had been employed as a housekeeper at several Kitchener homes and was a member of the Dorcas sewing circle.

She was predeceased by two infant brothers and another brother, William, who died in 1958

Surviving are two brothers, Samuel of Milverton and Allan of RR 2, Petersburg and five sisters, Mrs. Ervin (Erma) Erb of RR 1, Millbank, Mrs. Nancy (David) Erb and Mrs. Elmer (Bena) Steinman both of Wellesley, Mrs. Christian (Catherine) Albrecht of RR 2, Petersburg, and Mrs. Norman (Edna) Zehr of RR 1, Milverton.

Funeral service was held at Maple View Mennonite Church, Rev. C.O. Erb officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.

Futher Brothers Funeral Home, Wellesley, was in charge of arrangements.

LEBOLD, Samuel

Of Milverton, passed away following a brief illness, on Saturday, July 10, 1976, at University Hospital, London, Ont. He was in his 72^nd year, Sam Lebold, son of the late Samuel Lebold and Katherine Streicher.

He had farmed at lot 8 concession 3 of Mornington Township. After retiring from the farm he worked at Blackstone Industrial Products Ltd., Stratford for a number of years.

Surviving besides his wife, the former Emma Bast, are one son, Howard of 180 Charles St., Stratford and three daughters, Mrs. Glenn (Maryellen) Zehr of Route 7, Woodstock, Mrs. Kenneth (Katherine) Roth of Tavistock and Mrs. Donald (Ruthann) Pugh of Route 1, Milverton; also surviving are 14 grandchildren and five sisters.

Resting at the Heubner Funeral Home, 9 Pacific Ave., Milverton until Monday noon (today) when removal was made to Mapleview Mennonite Church for a 2:30 p.m. funeral service. Interment Mapleview Church cemetery.

BADEN-Elmer Lebold, 56, of RR 2, Baden, died Thursday at home after a heart attack.

Son of Mrs. Christian Lebold of Wellesley and the late Christian Lebold, he was born at Wellesley and lived in New Hamburg before moving to the farm 19 years ago. He was a member of Steinman Mennonite Church.

Surviving are his wife, the former Katie Leis whom he married in 1929; three sons, Ralph of London, Ont. and Harold and Clare at home; two daughters, Mrs. Delford (Grace) Zehr and Mrs. Clare (Marie) Jantzi of London; five brothers, Ervin of Baden, Edward of Wellesley, John of New Hamburg, Alvin of Hawkesville, Lloyd of Kitchener; six sisters, Mrs. Harvey (Mary Ann) Leis of Thessalon, Mrs. Elmer (Barbara) Boshart of Haysville, Mrs. Kenneth (Clara) Roth of Elmira, Freida of Wellesley, Mrs. Levi (Loreen) Kuepfer of Newton, Mrs. Aaron (Ruth) Kuepfer of RR 2, Wellesley, and five grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son and a brother.

Mrs. William (Helena) Iutzi, Baden Killed In Car Crash

Mrs. William Iutzi, aged 40, was almost instantly killed in a car accident near Elginfield on Sunday afternoon. Her husband was critically injured and two daughters, Erma and Merle, were also injured and taken to St. Joseph's Hospital, London. A son, Stanley, also a passenger in the car, was unhurt.

William Steckley, of Milverton, owner and driver of the 1949 model car, in which the Iutzi family were passengers, suffered chest and facial injuries. Mrs. Alfred Christiansen, Battle Creek, Michigan, occupant of the other car involved in the accident, suffered from shock. Her husband, driver of the car, told police he was driving east, behind the Steckley car, and coming up, sounded his horn and then the accident occurred.

The Steckley car went out of control after striking the American car, went into the ditch on the south side of the road, and then crossed the highway and hit a tree on the north side of the road.
Mrs. Iutzi was thrown out when the car struck the tree and it is believed to have been killed instantly. The condition of Mr. Iutzi, who suffered spinal injuries and multiple bruises, is still considered serious. He is in an oxygen tent at St. Joseph's Hospital, London.

The late Mrs. Iutzi was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Moses Steinman, and was born in Wellesley Township on December 24, 1908. She was married to William Iutzi in October, 1927. Besides her husband and three children, she is survived by her parents and a brother Elmer Steinman, Milverton.

The funeral was held yesterday afternoon with service at the Steinman A.M. Church, Baden, followed by interment in the Steinman Cemetery.

MAHLON RAMSEYER 1910 - 2007 Left us, peacefully, to be with his Lord on January 26, 2007, at the age of 96 years. Loving husband of 67 years to Doris (nee Kufske). Cherished father of David (Donna), Howard (Carol) and Sharon Amy (Ken). LEBOLD, Jacob - Peacefully, on Saturday, December 30, 2006 at the Bonnie Brae Health Care Centre in Tavistock. Jacob Lebold of Wellesley and formerly of Millbank. Jacob was born in Wellesley Township 89 years ago. Son of the late Joseph Lebold and the late Barbara Boshart. Mr. Lebold farmed on Streicher Line, retiring in 1982. Jacob was a faithful member of the Cedar Grove Amish Mennonite Church. Beloved husband of Fannie (Schmidt) Lebold, whom he married December 16, 1943. Dear father of Kenneth and his wife Mary Lebold of Earltdon, Wanda and her husband Mervin Wagler of RR 1, Wellesley, Wayne and his wife Shirley Anne Lebold of RR 1, Millbank and Floyd and his wife Kathy Lebold of RR 1, Lucknow. Lovingly remembered by his 18 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by one brother, John and his wife Marion Lebold and by five sisters, Leah and Samuel Wagler, Sarah and Elmer Gerber, Fannie and Claytus Jantzi, Laura and Daniel Gerber and Annie and Elmer Schmidt. Visitation was held on Sunday and Monday at the Futher Bros. Funeral Home, 1172 Henry St. in Wellesley. A family service will be held today (Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2007) at 1 p.m. followed by the Funeral service at the Cedar Grove Amish Mennonite church, at 2 p.m. Bishop Arthur Gerber will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Memorials to Master's International Ministries or to the Tri County Mennonite Homes Tavistock Project, would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.

Laura was born in Wellesley township 83 years ago, daughter of the late Joseph Lebold and the late Barbara Boshart. Mrs. Gerber was a charter member of the Wellesley Mennonite Church. She and her husband, Dan, were former caretakers of the church. She was a resident of Wellesley from 1967 to 1987 then moved to Nithview in March of 1987.

Beloved mother of Norman Gerber of Heidelberg, Dorothy and her husband Bob Pearce of Kitchener, Alice.and her husband Paul Yantzi of RR 1, Shakespeare, Elsie Gerber of Waterloo. Dear sister of Jacob and his wife Fannie Lebold of Millbank, Sarah Gerber of Stratford and Fannie Jantzi of RR 1, Milverton; sister-in-law of Elmer and his wife Ella Mae Schmidt of Millbank, Marian Lebold of Brunner, Emma Brenneman of Brunner, Katie Steckley of Wellesley, Velma Gerber of New Hamburg. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Heidi and her husband John Bailey, Heather Yantzi, Tim and Christina Pearce; also by two great-grandchildren.

Predeceased by her husband, Daniel Gerber (May 15, 1988); one brother, John Lebold (1988) and by two sisters, Leah Wagler and Annie Schmidt; brothers-in-law, Samuel Wagler, Elmer Gerber, Claytus Jantzi.

Visitation was at the Futher Bros. Funeral Home, 40 Henry St., in Wellesley, where family and friends were received on Sunday from 2-5 p.m. only. The funeral service was conducted at the Wellesley Mennonite Church on Monday, May 24, 1999 at 2 p.m. Pastor Ray Martin officiated. Burial followed in Rushes Cemetery, Wellesley township.

He was a member of Cedar Grove Amish Mennonite Church. Surviving are his father, John Jantzi, and his stepmother. His mother, the former Mattie Wagler, died in 1907. Also surviving are his wife, the former Katie Albrecht; one son, Alvin, Wellesley; one daughter, Susanna, at home; three brothers, Noah, of Bamberg, John and David of Wilmot Township; six sisters, Mrs. Christian (Barbara) Albrecht, of Vero Beach, Florida, Mrs. Jacob (Lydia) Albrecht, of Crosshill, Mrs. David (Katie) Nafziger, of R.R. 2, Milverton, Mrs. David (Mattie) Zehr of Crosshill, Mrs. David (Elizabeth) Roes and Mrs. Enoch (Sara) Horst, of Millbank. Five grandchildren also survive. Funeral services were held at his residence on Saturday morning followed by church service at 10 o'clock at the Cedar Grove Amish Mennonite Church. Interment was in the adjoining cemetery. Rev. Mose Nafziger officiated at the church and Rev. Samuel Roth, Wellesley, officiated at the house. The pallbearers were Ervin Nafziger, Clarence Miller Emanuel Albrecht, Aaron Jantzi, William Albrecht and David Jantzi. The funeral, which was one of the largest in the district, was attended with relatives and friends from Vero, Florida; Bay Port, Mich.; Buffalo, N.Y.; Kitchener, Baden, New Hamburg, Crosshill, Milverton and the surround district.

Jantzi) of Route 2, Wellesley; two sisters Lydia (Mrs. Jacob Albrecht) of Route 1, Millbank and Sahar (Mrs. Enoch Horst) of Elmira; 23 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by one son in infancy in 1935 and one daughter, Esther (Mrs. John Zehr) in 1977 and by four brothers and six sisters.

The late Mr. Jantzi is resting at the Futher Bros. Funeral Home,Wellesley, where a service will be held, at 1 p.m., on Saturday, followed by a Memorial service at the Cedar Grove Amish Mennonite Church at 2 p.m., Bishop Arthur Gerber officiating. Burial will be made in the church cemetery.

DAVID W. JANTZI Wellesley

David W. Jantzi of RR 1, Wellesley, died today at his home after a brief illness. He was 63.

Born in Wilmot Township, Feb. 16, 1905, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Jantzi.

He was a member of Cedar Grove Amish Mennonite Church near Wellesley, and farmed in Wilmot Township before his retirement in 1961.

One brother and three sisters predeceased him.

Surviving are his wife, the former Annie Gerber, whom he married in Wellesley Township March 3, 1927; three daughters, Erma, Mrs. Ernest (Marion) Roth and Mrs. Emmanuel (Emma) Lichty, all of RR 1, Wellesley; two brothers, Noah of Wellesley and John of Crosshill; five sisters, Mrs. Christian (Barbara) Albrecht of Vero Beach, Fla., Mrs. Jacob (Lydia) Albrecht of RR 1, Millbank, Mrs. David (Mattie) Zehr of Crosshill, Mrs. David (Elizabeth) Rose of Millbank, and Mrs. Enoch (Sarah) Horst of Linwood; four grandchildren.

The body will be at the family home after Wednesday noon, where a family service will be conducted Friday at 1: 30 p.m. A memorial service will follow at 2: 30 p.m. at Cedar Grove Amish Mennonite Church. Bishop Samuel Roth will officiate.

Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Emmanuel was born in Wellesley township 84 years ago, son of the late Joseph Gerber and the late Mary Wagler. Mr. Gerber farmed on the 5^th Line of Wellesley, retiring in 1973. He was a faithful member of the Cedar Grove Amish Mennonite Church.

Beloved father of Enos and his wife Reta Gerber of Milverton, Kathryn and her husband Willis Kuepfer of RR 1, Newton, Arthur and his wife Laurene Gerber of RR 1, Gads Hill, Amy and her husband Melvin Kuepfer of RR 1, Newton, Nicholas and his wife Emma Gerber of RR 3, Wellesley, Stanley and his wife Erma Gerber of Brunner, Margaret and her husband Raymond Wagler of Wellesley, Shirley and her husband Larry Gerber of RR 1, Millbank, David and his wife Marilyn Gerber of RR 1, Millbank; father-in-law to Ivan Jantzi of RR 1, Brunner. Dear brother of Ezra and his wife Adeline Gerber of RR 1, Millbank and Tina Erb of Millbank; brother-in-law of Nancy Zehr, Katie Steckly, Emma Steckly and Mary Zehr and Emmanuel and Annie Ropp. Lovingly remembered by 37 grandchildren and 36 great grand children.

Predeceased by his wife, Elizabeth Steckly March 20, 1991; by a daughter, Marie Jantzi May 22, 1991; also by a son, Gordon October 20, 1963; one grandson; one great granddaughter; one brother, Noah and four sisters, Baarbara, Nancy, Katie and Mary.

Visitation at the Futher Bros. Funeral Home, 40 Henry St. W. in Wellesley, where family and friends will be received this evening (Wednesday) from 7-9 p.m. and on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A family service will be conducted at the funeral home on Friday, May 24, 1996 at 1 p.m., followed by the funeral service at the Cedar Grove Amish Mennonite Church at 2 p.m. Mahlon Gerber and Laverne Zehr will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Memorials to Master International Ministries would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.

Passed away on Wednesday, March 10, 1982 at Peoples Care Centre, Tavistock, Lydia Erb, of 10 David St,, Wellesley. Mrs. Erb was born in Wellesley township 77 years ago. She was the daughter of the late David L. Wagler and the late Catherine Erb; Mrs. Erb was a lifelong member of the Mapleview Mennonite Church. Beloved mother of Vernon of New Hamburg, Edmund of RR 2, Wellesley, Vera (Mrs. Frederick Koehler) of Kitchener, Erma (Mrs. Craig Bisset) of Kitchener; sister of Emma (Mrs. Aaron Lichti) of Wellesley, Sarah (Mrs. Amos Ropp) of Wellesley, Lavina (Mrs. Mose Lichti) of Millbank, Katie Wagler of Millbank. Also survived by 11 grandchildren. Predeceased by three brothers and one sister. Visitation at the Futher Bros. Funeral Home, Wellesley, after 7 p.m. this evening, until noon Saturday, March 13, when removal will be made to Mapleview Mennonite Church for service at 2 p.m. Rev. Alvin Leis and Rev. Funeral service was held Thursday in Wellesley for Sarah Wagler, of 120 Queen Street East, Wellesley. She died November 17, 1986, at St. Mary's Hospital. She was 80.

She was the mother of Daniel Ropp, of Wellesley, Norman Ropp of Komoka, Tillie (Mrs. Alvin Kennell), of RR3 Wellesley, Laura (Mrs. Leo Noll), of New Hamburg, Eva (Mrs. Jerome Arnold), of Kitchener, and Katie (Mrs. Jack Kuepfer), of RR2 Milverton; sister of Emma (Mrs. Aaron Lichti), of Wellesley, Lavina (Mrs. Mose Lichti), and Katie Wagler, both of Millbank; also survived by ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; predeceased by her husband, Amos Ropp, her parents, David Wagler and Catherine Erb, three brothers and two sisters.

Burial was in Cedar Grove Amish Mennonite Cemetery.
