    Diebel, Florence - Died peacefully, at Freeport Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, on Sunday, Dec. 29, 1996, in her 81st year, formerly of Dietz Avenue, Waterloo. Florence was a charter member of Mount Zion Lutheran Church and was involved with the Evangelical Lutheran Women's Group. She was a member of Tops and was a local artist. Beloved wife of the late Robert Diebel (1993). Loving mother of Kenneth and his wife Ann of Kitchener, Keith and his wife Marilyn of Clifford and Peter and his wife Edythe of Kitchener. Loving grandmother of Sarah, Adam, Cynthia and David; great-grandmother of Christopher, Emily and Hilary. Dear sister of Douglas Kilian of Burlington, and Mabel Paulson of Mesa, Arizona. Predeceased by her parents, Albert and Elfreida Kilian; one brother, Robert Kilian, and one sister, Ruth LaCombe. Mrs. Diebel's family will receive friends at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, today (Tuesday) from 7-9 pm, and Wednesday from 2-4 pm. Funeral service will be offered at Mount Zion Lutheran church, 29 Westmount Rd. S., Waterloo, on Thursday, Jan. 2, 1997 at 11 am, Rev. Mark Harris and Rev. Claudine Carlson officiating. Interment at Memory Gardens, Breslau.
