    Wuest, Mrs. Joseph (Hazel E.) - At the K-W Hospital on Sunday, December 29, 1974 following a lengthy illness, Hazel Lang of 40 Earl St., Kitchener, aged 82 years. A member of Highland Rd. Baptist Church, Mrs. Wuest was the former owner and president of the Waterloo Coal Co. Ltd. She had recently completed 25 years' service as a lay member of the Board of Community Nursing Registry of Kitchener-Waterloo. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph H. Wuest who was the former president of General Spring Products Co. Ltd. (Fischman Spring Co. Ltd.), a family owned firm) until his death in 1941; Mother of Mrs. June M. Kirkwood of Paradise Lake, Glow, (Mrs. Edward Kadwell) of Howell, Mich., Peggy (Mrs. Anthony Cacavio) of Fort Lauderdale and Mrs. Nancy L. Haines of Kitchener; sister of Mrs. Dolly Shiry and Mrs. Irene Rickert, both of Kitchener; also surviving are one half-brother, three half-sisters, 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener, where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 2 pm with Rev. Arthur McDowell officiating. Interment Woodland Cemetery.

    June Martha (nee Wuest) - passed away, peacefully, on Wednesday, Oct. 6, 1999, after a brief illness, at Bankside Terrace, Kitchener, in her 84th year. Beloved mother of Brian and David; grandmother of Kevin and his wife Jody, Peter, Katie and Justin and great-grandmother of Olivia. Mother-in-law of Elizabeth Kirkwood and her children Jenn, Tim and Christopher Auger. June will be missed by her sisters, Hazel (Glow) Kadwell of Michigan, Marjorie (Peggie) Cacavio and Nancy Bresina of Kitchener and her nieces and nephews. "Juney" had a great affection for her family and friends and had fond memories of her employment with Waterloo Trust (C.T.) and her home at Paradise Lake. June will be interned with her father, Joseph H. Wuest and mother Hazel E. Lang in Woodland Cemetery, Kitchener, Ontario. Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service on Thursday Oct. 21, 1999 at noon in the chapel of the … "no flowers please, think of me and plant a tree" or donations to a charity of our choice. A special thank you to the caring staff at Bankside Terrace 6.
