MORRISON, John Godfrey

At Soldiers Memorial Hospital, in Orillia, on Wednesday, Aug. 5, 1992, age 80 years, of Woodville and formerly of Kitchener. Mr. Morrison was an avid fisherman and had played goalie for the K-W Oldtimers. Dear father of Gwen of Hamilton and Karen of Stratford, grandfather of Allison, Beth, Laura, Cara. Sheila, Michael and Nathan. Former husband of Marion Morrison and dear friend of Dorothy Ledgewood, who gave him tender loving care in his Illness. Brother of Harold and Donna Churley, both of Toronto and Douglas of Calgary. Predeceased by his daughter, Kim Darlene Morrison in 1981; his mother, Elizabeth Morrison and one brother, Harvey. Mr. Morrison's family will receive friends at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, from 7-9 p.m. on Thursday. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be published in Thursday's edition of the Record or may be obtained by calling the funeral home at 745-8445.
