Suddenly, at his residence, on Friday, Jan. 6, 1989, Jerome George Lunz, age 79 years, of 80 Westheights Drive (CPL), formerly of Cherry Street, Kitchener.

Mr. Lunz was a member of St. John's RC Church and was employed with BF Goodrich Canada Inc., for 24 years.

Beloved husband of Lillian Lunz; dear father of June (Mrs. Gordon Saunders) of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Lovingly remembered by his four grandchildren, Mrs. Sharyn Costelec and Mrs. Elizabeth Marsden, all of Mississauga, David Saunders of Niagara-on-the-Lake and Robert Saunders of Toronto and his four great-grandchildren. Brother of Mrs. Edna Brandon and Marie Mrs. Lloyd Dietrich, all of Waterloo.

Predeceased by his parents, George and Josephine Lunz. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener, where prayers will be said at the funeral home on Tuesday, 9: 30 a.m., followed by the funeral mass at St. John's RC Church at 10 a.m. (Tuesday). Interment Woodland cemetery.
