NEU, Peter

At Trinity Village, on August 23, 2000, in his 89th year. Loving husband of Christina Neu (nee Stumpilich): dear father of Jacob and his wife Patricia of Cambridge, Nicholas and his wife Carol of Cambridge and Barbara and her husband Karl Dietrich of St. Agatha: dear grandfather of Diana Cooney. Lynda Steep, Lori Sheidow, Christopher Neu, Cinthia Povy, Carey Neu, Carol Stride, Deborah Neu, Paul Neu. Sadly missed by 11 great-grandchildren. Peter was predeceased by two sisters, Katherina Potye and Barbara Hummel: three brothers, Nicholas, John and Jacob Neu. Peter was retired from the University of Waterloo and was a member of the Schwaben Club. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home and Chapel, 51 Benton and Church Street, Kitchener, 742-4481, today (Friday) 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers will be said at 7: 30 p.m., Friday. On Saturday, August 26, prayers will be of in the funeral home chapel, at 9: 30 a.m., followed by a procession to St. Aloysius RC Church for funeral mass at 10 a.m., with Father Cornelius O'Mahony officiating. Interment Parklawn Cemetery, Cambridge.
