Passed away peacefully, on Saturday, August 25, 2007, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, at the age of 89. Beloved mother of Stuart Rowe of Brockville, Grace Hermer of Cambridge, Mildred Cadotte and her husband Wayne of Thamesville. Dear sister of James Morphy and wife Pat of St. Thomas, Marie Murphy and husband Jack of Port Stanley and Helen Landers and husband Wally of Stratford. Loving grandmother of 12 grandchildren and many, great and great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, James and Gladys Morphy, her brother Thomas and her late husband Harold Rowe. Catherine was a member of St. Paul's United Church (Trillium) and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary Royal Canadian Legion Branch 126. Cremation has taken place. A memorial visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 28, 2007, at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, from 2-4 p.m.
