OF Lungs Drive, Cambridge, on Wednesday, May 31, 2000, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in her 81st year. Anne Oprel, beloved wife of Frederick; dear mother of Paul and his wife Gail of Cambridge. Lovingly remembered by two grandchildren, Greg and his wife Arlene and Tim and his wife Cindy. Survived by two brothers, Jake and his wife Mary of Cambridge and Pete and his wife Jean of Waterloo. Predeceased by her parents, Job and Marie Oprel and one son, Robert. Mrs. Spencer was born in Houston, Tex. and has been a resident of Cambridge, for most of her life. She was a member of King Street Baptist Church and a former employee of the Preston Board of Education. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge on Friday from-2.4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2000, at King Street Baptist Church, 361 King St. E., Cambridge, at 1 p.m., with Rev. Victor Lujetic officiating. Interment in Park Lawn Cemetery, Cambridge.

SPENCER, Paul Frederick

Born September 27, 1940, passed into the presence of his Lord and Saviour, November 27, 2012, with his wife by his side. Paul leaves Gail, his beloved wife of 48 years, his two sons; Greg (Arlene) from Mayfield, New York and Tim (Cindy) from Delta, BC and 7 grandchildren: Matthew (NY), Taylor (NY), Ethan (BC), Nathan (BC), Emily (NY), Joshua (BC) and John (BC). Paul was predeceased by his brother, Bob and parents Fred and Anne. He was an active member of Hespeler Baptist Church, a retired project manager of financial systems at Hostess/ FritoLay and an accomplished photographer, who enjoyed travelling and sharing his experiences with others through narrated video and personal presentations. Paul and Gail served together in church music ministries, for many years. Paul's family will welcome friends at the Lounsbury Funeral Home, 1766 Franklin Boulevard, Cambridge on Friday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Saturday afternoon, at 3 p.m. at Hespeler Baptist Church, 76 Adam Street, Cambridge.
