Of 137 Whitley St., Cambridge (Preston), at South Waterloo Memorial Hospital, Tuesday, August 17, 1976, John H. Miller, beloved husband of Freda Ferguson; dear father of John, Dennis, Timothy of Cambridge and Barbara (Mrs. Charles Butts) of Toronto; grandfather of Angela and Jennifer, in his 57th year. Also survived by his mother, Mrs. Helen Miller of Cambridge (Preston); two brothers, Jacob and Robert and one sister, Violet (Mrs. Walter Hilgartner) of Cambridge (Preston), Predeceased by one brother and two sisters. Mr. Miller was born in Roseville and lived all his life in the Cambridge area; a veteran of the Second World War and a member of the Preston Branch of the Canadian Legion; was employed with Appleton Electric Ltd., Cambridge (Preston). Resting at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge (Preston), where funeral service will be conducted, Thursday, at 2 p.m., interment, Parklawn cemetery.
