KNACK, Waldemar (Wally)

Of 813 Birchwood Ave., Cambridge, Saturday, March 7, 1987, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in his 77th year. Beloved husband of the late Edith Soutar; dear father of Bruce and Patricia, both of Cambridge. Also survived by one brother, Angus and a sister, Mrs. Valeria Becker, both of Cambridge. Mr. Knack was born in Cambridge and was a life long resident of the area, retired from Eastern Steel Products. A member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church; veteran of the Second World War, serving overseas with the RCAF and a member of the Preston Royal Canadian Legion, Branch No. 128. Friends will be received at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, tonight (Monday) from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home, Tuesday, at 1: 30 p.m. Interment in Parklawn cemetery.

Passed away suddenly, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Saturday, December 28, 2002, in his 49th year. Beloved brother of Patricia Knack of Cambridge. Dear nephew of Angus and Florence Knack of Cambridge and cousins, Julianne Snider and Peter Knack. Special friend to Cuddles. Predeceased by his parents, Waldemar and Edith Knack. Bruce was born in Cambridge (G) on April 23, 1954 and has lived all his life in Cambridge. He was employed with Allwood Lumber Services. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge on Tuesday, December 31, 2002, from 12 noon until service time, at 2 p.m. Interment Parklawn Cemetery.
