    HOBLER, Ladd

    Of 1783 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, peacefully, at his residence, on Tuesday, Jan. 8, 1991, in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Frances Davidson; dear father of Patricia Hobler and her husband John Cressman of Cambridge and Susan Hobler of Edmonton. Lovingly remembered by one grandson, Benjamin Cressman; two brothers, Frank and Adam, both of Cambridge and one sister, Catherine (Mrs. Ross Prange) of Kitchener. Mr. Hobler was born in Poland and came to Cambridge in 1929. He was a retired sales manager with Joy Manufacturing. A veteran of the Second World War, serving in both the Royal Canadian Navy and the Royal Navy; a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Preston Branch No 126. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, Thursday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral and committal services will be conducted at the funeral home, Friday, Jan 11, 1991, at 1: 30 p.m. Interment following in Parklawn cemetery.
