Passed away peacefully, with his wife and children by his side at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Friday morning, June 12, 2009, at the age of 76. Dear husband of Maria and beloved father of Grace Brooks and husband Richard; Joe Borges and wife Susan and Elizabeth Pedro and husband Rob all of Cambridge. Dearest grandfather of Brian Figueiredo, Christopher Brooks; Lillian Brooks; Tereza Borges; Joshua Borges; Nathan Pedro and Victoria Pedro. Resting at the Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street N. Cambridge, where the family will receive friends on Sunday, 2-4 & 7-9. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Ambrose Church, 210 South St. Cambridge, on Monday, June 15, 2009, at 10 a.m. Interment Parklawn Cemetery.
