Suddenly in Cambridge, on Monday, December 6, 2004, at the age of 22. Jeff is survived by his father, Jaime Pacheco (Maria Da Costa) and mother Eduarda Pacheco (David Smith). Loving brother of Sandy Gray, Nicholas Pacheco and step-brother of Jennifer, Melissa and Nicole Furtado and uncle to Ashanti and Jaime Gray. Cherished grandson of Pedro Furtado. He will be sadly missed by his fiancee, Lisa Small, friend Shayne, as well as aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Predeceased by his grandparents, Jaime and Delfina Pacheco and grandmother, Lionia Furtado. Resting at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street, Cambridge, where the family will receive friends on today (Thursday) 7-9 p.m. and Friday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A parish rosary will be recited at the funeral home on Friday evening, at 7: 30 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial, will be celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima RC Church, Elgin Street South, Cambridge, on Saturday, December 11, 2004, at 12 noon. Interment Parklawn Cemetery.
