PAUTLER, Rene Martin

Passed away peacefully, with family by his side, on Thursday, April 23, 2015, at Hanning House, Cambridge, in his 85th year. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Pauline, his son John Pautler (Laurel), his step-children; John Stubbs and Arlene Cheyne (Guy), his sister, Barbara Pautler and many nieces and nephews. Rene retired from a career with the Ontario Ministry of Finance and was an avid gardener. The family wishes to thank the staff of Hanning House for their care and compassion for the last five years. Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge (519-653-3251) on Monday, April 27th from 6-8 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial, will be celebrated at St. Clement's Catholic Church, 745 Duke Street, Cambridge, on Tuesday, April 28, 2015, at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Parklawn Cemetery.
