With great sadness and after a brief illness, the family announces his passing on January 2, 2006, at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, at the age of 83 years. Survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Arminda. Cherished father of Liduina (Lee) Snedden (Mike) and son Helder (Elaine). Grandchildren, Jaclyn, Jennifer and Stefany Snedden, Sharon and Kevin Pinheiro and great-grandchildren, Jacob and Haley. Also survived by his sisters, Ana Da Silva, Liduina De Vargas, Eunice Duarte and his brother, Ludgero Pinheiro. Predeceased by his parents, Antonio and Maria Alice Pinheiro; his infant son, Liduino; grandson, Michael and sisters, Maria E. Pinheiro, Gabriela Da Rosa, Filomena Vargas and Salome Pe ixeto. Manuel will be terribly missed by his many family members and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Raman and the nursing staff at Cambridge Memorial Hospital. Friends will be received at Coutts Funeral Rome and Cremation Centre, 96 St. Andrews St., Cambridge on Thursday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The rosary will be recited on Thursday evening at 8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial, will be celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima RC Church, Cambridge on Friday, January 6, 2006, at 10 a.m. He will be laid to rest at Park Lawn Cemetery.
