    MAICH, James MacCormack

    Of the Royal Canadian Navy (World War II). Peacefully, on Thursday, June 5th, 1997, at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital. Dear husband of Alma (nee Shrubsall). Brother of Marion Wiley of Cambridge, Ruth Campbell of Dutton, Alex Maich of Sacramento, CA, and David Maich of San Jose, CA, and predeceased by brothers; Donald and Joseph Maich. Dear father of Ruth and her husband Philip Major of Newmarket and cherished grandfather of Kimberley Peacock, Tammie and her husband Ray Reilly, Corrie and Jason Major and great-grandfather of five. Mr. Maich was a charter member of the Kinsman Club of Galt and a former member of the Kinsman Club of North York. A member of St. David's Anglican Church and active for many years in Scouting during which time he was Cub Leader at Knox's Galt Presbyterian Church. He was also a former member of the Ancient Mariner's Canoe Club. Friends will be received at LITTLE'S FUNERAL HOME, 223 Main Street East, Cambridge, on Saturday and Sunday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be conducted in the Funeral Home Chapel, on Monday, June 9, 1997, at 1: 30 p.m. Interment will follow in Trinity Anglican Cemetery.
